The processing relates to your personal data (name, surname, company name, address, landline / mobile phone, e-mail address, VAT number, etc.).
Purpose of Data processing
The processing of your personal data is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and of your rights and it is conducted for the following purposes:
- organization and implementation of activities connected with and instrumental to the planning, start-up, conclusion and execution of the contractual relationship with you;
- fulfillment of legal obligations of an administrative, accounting, civil, fiscal, regulatory, EU and extra EU nature (eg fulfillment of the obligation under Article 109 RD 18.6.1931 No. 773 which requires registration and communication to the local authority of Public Security the generalities of the clients housed);
- general management of the relationship with you;
- sending newsletters, advertising material and promotional activities (sending, via e-mail, information and commercial communications, news and promotions), with your consent.
The provision of data for the conclusion of the contract is mandatory and their missing, partial or incorrect provision may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual obligations.
The conferment of contact details on the website is optional and their failure, partial or incorrect conferment may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of organizing and carrying out the activities connected to and instrumental to planning, start-up, conclusion and execution of the contractual relationship, as well as the impossibility to send newsletters, advertising material and information about promotional activities.
The consent given for sending newsletters, advertising material and promotional activities is revocable at any time according to art. 6 GDPR.
The processing is carried out with manual and / or computerized and telematic tools with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with organizational, physical and logic measures provided for by the current laws.
Your Personal Data are processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the execution of all civil and tax laws.
Your data are not transferred outside the European Union, but the Owner reserves the right to change the location of servers even outside the European Union, ensuring, in this case, that the transfer will take place in accordance with the provisions and with the adequate guarantees of the law.
The processing and storage of your data take place on servers located within the European Union, where appropriate also to third-party companies in charge and duly appointed as Data Processors.
Your personal data are stored in such a way as to allow identification of the Data Subject for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and, in the case of revocation of the consent, will be deleted.
Rights of the interested party
You may at any time request:
- to have access to personal data;
- to obtain the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment;
- to oppose the treatment;
- data portability;
- to revoke the consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
- to propose a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).

The processing of personal data takes place through manual, IT and network tools, with logics strictly related to the above ends and, in any case, in a way that ensures the security and confidentiality of data under the terms established by the existing legislation on the treatment of personal data.
Update, correction, integration, cancellation of your personal data (as per Article. 7, No. 3, letters a, b, c)
You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. You have the right to be informed about: a) origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logics applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the data controller, of the data processor and the of the representative appointed as per article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them in quality of appointed representative in the territory of the State, of managers or agents. You have the right to obtain: a) update, correction or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also in respect to their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or implies a manifestly disproportionate effort in respect to the protected right. Our privacy protection policy does not apply to what is beyond our control, including possible attacks that could be carried out by hackers, not foreseeable by the up-to-date security techniques we already adopt and that we constantly update to provide our users a user experience that is as safe as possible.
